We want you to love your home fragrance experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for any unused or defective items. Please ensure products are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Securely

  Carefully pack your APOTHEKE items in their original boxes with protective padding to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once received, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
